Now an active volunteer speaker and advocate for our organisation, "Kathy" lost all three members of her immediate family in one split second on a country road in Victoria. Why? Because the driver of the other car didn't bother to secure a heavily laden trailer properly and it rolled, effectively squashing "Kathy's" parents' car.
