Now an integral component of the company’s community program, Heads, Hearts and Hands with over 300 employees, or 15% of all staff involved in regular and disaster appeal payroll giving as well as one-off fundraising initiatives. Dimension Data matches 50% of employee donations to any charity for regular monthly donations and for disaster appeals the business will match up to 100% of donations depending on the location and the scale of the disaster.
